Open Positions

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internet Installer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring our customers receive reliable and high-quality internet service. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of home networking and WiFi, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. While previous experience is not required, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and repairing aerial and underground cable lines
  • Install, configure, and maintain internet services for residential and commercial customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues on-site and remotely.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Educate customers on the use of their internet services and equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve installation and troubleshooting processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and equipment inventory.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Basic understanding of home networking and WiFi technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment, and work in various environments (indoors and outdoors).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
  • Valid KY drivers license
  • Must pass a DOT physical
  • Must pass a criminal and driver’s background check

Salary:

  • $17.00 – $20.00 per hour depending on experience
