Owen County- There is an issue with a piece of equipment that runs the ESPN2 channel, we are working to get a new receiver and reprogram.

ALL BROADLINC CUSTOMER’S WITH PHONE SERVICE- The FCC has rolled out a new 10 Digit calling plan, this means you are no longer able to dial just the number and make your phone call, you WILL have to dial the area code for the number, then the number. If you do not dial the area code, you will receive “This is a non working number”. YOU MUST dial the full 10-digit number.

​​If you are not in an outage area and have trouble with your service, as always, please power down your modem, router, and any other equipment connected to the internet (remove the battery if equipped) and then power back on. DO NOT PRESS THE RESET BUTTON. It will take about 5 minutes to sync back up after this action. If this action does not restore service, please report it to us using the service request form below or call us at (855) 552-2253.
