Broadlnc Is NOT Shutting Down

As you may know, Broadlinc sold its cable systems to Spectrum (Charter) in September 2024. This sale only includes locations served by cable lines—it does not include our wireless service. If you have a dish outside your home, you’re on our wireless network, and Broadlinc is still your provider.

Since the sale, we’ve continued operating the cable systems while Spectrum prepares to transition cable customers to their own network. That transition has not yet started. Spectrum will send official communications and instructions for account transfers later this month, including installation scheduling and billing changes.

We’ve recently received reports that some door-to-door representatives are sharing inaccurate information, leading to confusion. We want to set the record straight:

What You Need to Know:

Broadlinc is not shutting down. Only our cable systems were sold. We continue to provide wireless internet and phone services across Owen, Gallatin, Carroll, and parts of Henry, Grant, Wayne, and Pulaski counties.

Wireless customers are not affected by the sale. If someone tells you otherwise, please don’t hesitate to double-check with us.

If you’re ever unsure about your service or receive conflicting information, we’re happy to help. Give us a call at 502-484-9975 or email us at customerservice@broadlinc.com.

It has been our privilege to serve you, and our goal is to ensure this transition is as smooth as possible.
